The Wired GPS device has a 270 mAh inbuilt battery that lasts up to 4 hour if disconnected.

Q: Can I monitor my vehicle from outside India?

Yes, you can track your vehicle’s live location from anywhere in and outside India using our app.

Q: Is this device compatible with bikes?

Absolutely! The device works seamlessly with all bikes, trucks and car models. Please ensure you order the right subscription device for your vehicle from our website.

Q: Will this device remain hidden after installation?

The device has a built-in battery, and the installation from Wheelseye team is a hidden installation under the dashboard, to prevent any driver tampering.

Q: Does the device work with vehicles that have a push-button start?

Yes, we support push-button start systems. Please inform the installation team during installation.

Q: How does the device alert me if my vehicle is moved while parked?

The anti-theft mode immediately sends you an alert in case of towing or unauthorized movement.

Yes, you can login on multiple phones with our app and track your vehicle simultaneously on multiple devices. You can also share location tracking link of a vehicle with your contacts on whatsapp

Q: What’s the use of remote ignition lock?

Remote ignition lock allows you to disable the ignition of the vehicle to prevent any unauthorised usage or theft. Once RIL is activated, the vehicle may continue to be on, but will not turn on once it’s turned off. This is to prevent any accident on the road due to sudden vehicle off at high speed. Note - Remote Engine Lock needs an accessory called “Relay” which can be added in your subscription during purchase on the website.

Q: Is this device suitable for tractors or other heavy vehicles?

Yes, the GPS device works with any vehicle that has a battery, including tractors and heavy machinery.

Q: Can I use this device for luggage, pets, or elderly tracking?

This is a wired device and needs an external battery hence is suited to installation in vehicles which have a battery. For uses like tracking luggage, or pets or elderly, Wireless GPS trackers are suited. [We will launch Wireless Trackers in 6 months].

Q: What happens when the SIM data plan expires? How do I recharge?

You need to only renew your GPS subscription from WE app or by calling the helpline. Sim card renewal is automatic.

Q: Do I need to recharge the SIM card that comes with the device?

No, the SIM plan is pre-activated based on the package you select during purchase.

Q: Can I use my own SIM card with the device?

No, our devices are built for M2M data simcards, with an e-Sim module which is not available on retail in India.

Q: Is wire cutting required for installation?

No, wire cutting is not required for our GPS, making installation cleaner and safer.
